I honestly have no clue why I just watched Kourtney eating a Kit Kat for 2 minutes. Maybe it’s the same reason people are addicted to Keeping Up with the Kardashians. I assume that since you eat it so slow, you get tired of eating and it’s supposed to act as a dieting technique (kind of like drinking a lot of water before a meal to fill you up sooner). But hey, whatever floats her boat! I just devour them one after another– wow, that explains a lot. Let me know in the comments below how you eat your Kit Kats!
